2024 applications for the Low-Income Senior Citizens Assessment Freeze Exemption will be available in June.  The Supervisor of Assessments will mail applications to those who received the exemption for 2023.  We will have applications available in our office for new applicants after the mailing.  

As a reminder, this exemption is available to Senior Citizens who will be 65 and older during 2024, who owned and occupied the home on January 1, 2023, and January 1, 2024, with total household income of $65,000 or less.
