2025 applications for the Low-Income Senior Citizens Assessment Freeze Exemption have been mailed by the DuPage County Supervisor of Assessments to senior citizens who received the exemption for 2024.  We have applications in our office for new applicants.  

If you received your application in the mail, or if you are a new applicant, please call our office at (630)231-8900 to make an appointment to complete the application.

As a reminder, this exemption is available to Senior Citizens who will be 65 and older during 2025, who owned and occupied the home on January 1, 2024, and January 1, 2025, with total household income of $65,000 or less.

To avoid unnecessary trips, please call our office before coming in to apply for any exemption, to ensure you have the proper documentation to apply.
